We are working hard on the best plan out of this extended lockdown, we want to assure you that our goal is to work with you, around your work, personal and family schedules, with as little interruption to your daily life as possible.

At this stage, we have come up with a 5-step plan, which we believe will be the fairest possible way forward for all our guests.

Having done this before, experience tells us that we may not all get our preferred times immediately, however, rest assured we will get you in as soon as possible.

      We have decided to cancel all current appointments for August and September.
      We will connect with each of you via a text confirming the cancelled appointment.
      We will wait for a definite date of reopening, once we have that, we will start making appointments.
      We will contact all of you in order of your cancelled appointments, starting with everyone who was booked on Saturday 17th July.
      We will notify you via text message with an approximate time that we will be calling you to reschedule your appointment.

We will do our very best to get the most suitable time for you, however, due to the volume of calls we need to make, we cannot hold onto appointments without confirmation.
